With a chance at the #1 world ranking, UA alum Justin Thomas takes on Bubba Watson in semi-finals of WGC Match Play.

Justin won this afternoon and will play Bubba Watson in a AM match. Only 4 players left.
Two SEC guys with UA and UGA facing off again. Kyle Stanley, the guy JT beat in the quarters, is a Clemson guy.

Impressive note here:

That sets us up for a fascinating Sunday in which Justin Thomas will take on a threesome of Bubba Watson, Kevin Kisner and Alex Noren for the chance to become just the 21st human being to ever become the No. 1 player in the world. If Thomas wins both of his matches, he will be the third American under the age of 25 to assume No. 1 in the world, joining Jordan Spieth and Tiger Woods

JT lost to Watson. Some douchebag yelled from the crowd, right as JT was about to putt. Watson feigned going after the guy with his putter, guy took off.

I've seen a lot of that this year. I believe it was Rory Mcilroy who suggested the PGA cut off the beer supply at a more reasonable time. Drunks and golf tournaments don't mix.
