I doubt the Heisman returning business, but I could see USC having to forfeit titles, or forfeit some bowl games in the future. That'd be a pretty heavy weight to bear. Not fair to the institution, but it was it's employees who either didn't do their job or conspired to allow things to happen on their watch.
