🏈 Will Ingram win the heisman?

I think the sentimental chose is going to be McCoy. The media was pumping this as a 3 horse race at the beginning with McCoy, Bradford, and Tebow but Bradford's gone and Tebow hasn't piled up the stats. I say McCoy gets the nod with Gerhart a distant second and Mark in third.

McCoy.

IMO, him or Tebow deserved over Bradford last year anyway.

Also, MI is a sophmore, and the voters avoid giving the Hypeman to sophmores unless they are just head and shoulders over the rest.

McCoy will get it because of his consistency in the last 3 years. He is a senior and Tebow has already won it. I don't even think they will vote for it. I like that we don't have a Heisman winner though. It goes to show our team effort that is involved into our games.

It should goto McCoy, and Mark will be top of the list next year.

I hope they do not give it to Tebow. He already has one. You should only be permitted to win it once. Your a Heisman winner, we get it. No need to have 2. I read somewhere that Archie shouldnt have had 2.

The problem is they make it a career award sometimes and not just for the season.

I think if Ingram has a big game tomorrow not matter what McCoy does I think Mark wins it. The voters will look at the teams they're going against. McCoy is going against a decent defensive line and Ingram is going against the top defense in the country. So, I think it hinges on what happens tomorrow.

Roll Tide.

Let me say that it is possible, simply because the stars might be ali8gned for Ingram this week.

First, Toby Gerhart doesnt play.

Tebow is going up against US(who have destroyed most QBs averaged this season)

And McCoy is going up a defense with a pulse.

If we win, with Ingram being a large reason why(im thinking that anyway) and McCoy is subpar like he was against Oklahoma, then you could have an Alabama heisman winner. Ingram would be a first, and firsts make a good story.

But ittll take something like that.

I think it will take a Nebraska win over Texas in a low scoring game and a 150 yard plus day for Ingram with a win over Florida to get him back in the race. So yes it is possible, but I don't think Texas will lose tomorrow and McCoy wins it hands down.

Ingram will have to over come voters thinking "Ingram has two more chances while this is it for McCoy". A decent performance and a win by McCoy and he gets it.
