That kid that was a sieve against South Florida last year. I could see the frustration through his face mask. I could see also that it was technique issues. A "coachable fix." He started with some issues this year. Hell, practically the whole damn team did. But you could see Wilkin puking his guts out on the side line during the FSU game. This past Saturday night, in a hostile environment, he played 72 out of 79 snaps (some even at RG) and graded out as the best lineman in the country with a 93.2 pass block grade. Trust the process.

He has worked his ass off... He got 18 snaps in at guard Saturday night, a spot that the staff has felt for a while might be his best position. The emergence of Carroll at RT has helped there. Said it the other day... they are trying to find heir best 5, but unlike some years, this is actually a good problem. Plenty of solid combinations to work with....
