I am confused. Why would we not get our second or third string QB in the game earlier yesterday than we did??? I am not a coach or never have been but it just seems we could have gotten them in there to do more than just hand the ball off for the last couple of plays. Am I confused (which would not be unusual) or what? Someone please explain!

You want to continue getting the cohesiveness of the QB with our young Wrs. I too wanted guys replaced earlier but the flow of the game didn't really give Saban that comfortable feeling.

It was a freak thing, time to move on. If we had pulled out the starters early and crapped the bed next, people would complain that we didn't work on stuff when we had the chance.

Also, I feel bad for Fowler. I'm not feeling bad for myself as a fan.

I was just saying this week how much quicker and a better back he's becoming. I so hope he makes a full recovery.
