Yes. It's have to look it up again. I recall part of it being club seating, and it seems there was a hiccup in a private org and cities having to make bids.

Add I recall it was a Defrese article in the LA Times...2020 bid, maybe?

Thanks, curious if they have this listed anywhere that shows a complete list of requirements.

From the article:

• Host cities are required to underwrite the bid, which may range from $13 million to $20 million, in the next bid cycle.
• In return for the game, a host city must guarantee 10,000 hotel rooms and provide other perks, such as VIP transportation and parties.

I didn't see it anywhere, but saw where they quoted to Rose Bowl people saying they only had 54 suites as opposed to the 300+ in Dallas.

That was the article I was talking about (thanks @uagrad93 ) but I've seen another break down of what requirements they have in place. Maybe it's on my old laptop. I'll drag it out later on and see if I can find the article again. Hell, I can see the page in my mind's eye ...
