My son and I have decided to take a trip to see my family in Abbeville and then head to T-Town and A-day and then back to Michigan from there. I have noticed that a lot of hotels in Tuscaloosa are already booked. Wow, That's amazing. Looks like it will be a good crowd again. Hope to see y'all there.

We'll be there. Once it gets closer we will have the info, but usually we are located on the west side of the quad in the middle. Very easy to find. We will have 4-6 tents together and usually have several banners with RTB.com on it. Plan on coming by and getting some grub and hanging with us.

I am still hoping to go there again this year ,but don't know if I will be able to make it. I had put in a time-off request sometime back but it got rejected as that is Easter weekend. I talked to management about it and told them it(the request) was for a trip out of town. He said he would look into it. I haven't heard or found out anything yet. I may not know until the schedule is put up.

I'll be there with my family. We're making a weekend out of it so we can visit the church my wife and I were baptized at while we lived in Tuscaloosa. I'm looking forward to getting back and seeing some folks.

i definitely need to stop by the RollTideBama tailgate and shake the hands of some of y'all fine folks. My son is only nine months old, but pumped to get him around the environment. My three year old daughter lives Big Al and the cheerleaders, so you can only imagine how excited I am as a father that finally gets to share and experience these type of events I wish my father would have done with me.

Considering signing up your 3 y/o for the Big Al's Kids Club. They had a stadium day some years back (may still do it) that gave you access to the locker room and field, and Big Al of course. http://www.rolltide.com/genrel/alab-big-al-kids.html He's usually roaming around the quad before the game, or riding in his cart. Doemasters can tell you where the cheerleaders are at any given time, and they are great to pose for photos with the kids.

RTR,

Tim

That's a idea. I remember seeing the sign ups at McAllisters when I lived in Tuscaloosa, but have forgotten about it. Thanks for the head's up. She would love that.

Hate to miss it this year, was looking forward to meeting more people from here and see the QB battle in person, but the first event of the year for the Competitive BBQ for us will be in Winchester, TN that weekend....wish us luck

I was getting it all plan out, I was taking my two granddaughters. Grandson, I lost him to the dark side a while ago. But that's another story. Well, like I said, getting it plan out, until my oldest tell me I'm in a wedding that day it's my best friend too. I told her that OK me and your sister will go. Until I get a wedding invite to one of the young man from our church getting married that day too. Yes, my other granddaughter wants to go to his wedding. Wife won't let me go by myself because of my health. tidentrue best of luck in the BBQ send me some of the winning bbq.

Yes, Me, Wife, Daughter and Son and they each usually bring a friend.

Is there a nice campground nearby?....view of a lake maybe? We may make a long weekend of it
