Some do. But here's the difference in them vs ALABAMA and Nick Saban:

Almost every other time any other school does it, their team goes to shit, their coach ends up leaving 2 (or fewer) years later, or getting outright fired. Yeah, I'm looking at you Auburn.

But every time ALABAMA has given Nick Saban a contract extension and/or a raise, he has delivered.
