The difference is, Ragland IS a leader on the team. AJ complained about lack of leadership and never stepped up to take the reins when it was needed. Reggie is telling what the problem was last year, and why it's different now. He stepped up.

I don't give a fuck if someone's source on a forum is correct. Is it so tough to just wait until a credible news source breaks? If you thought Boz's sources were wrong, you could have just stopped reading them.
