🏈 What the deal with Texas with the cannon?

During the game I saw the Texas group put a UGA jersey to the cannon and shoot a hole in the jersey? Now tell what the different from the upside down horn to what is happen to the jersey? To me that no more they one of the player shooting those guns after scoring.
