I have lived in Memphis most of my life and I have never seen a "fan" base that is as wishy washy as the VOL's. When they are winning, everyone here is a VOL but when they are losing, everyone here is a duck hunter and does not like college football! They don't even have to lose a bunch, usually the annual Florida loss throws them from the wagon. Now that being said, my wife is UT alum so baby, I hope you don't read this. :biggrin_blue:

Familiarity breeds contempt.

aubrun - from extended family members to an old Tigerette girlfriend/fiance', every misfortune is a good thing.
UGA - Never thought much about them until I moved to ATL metro in '96, but then realized they were the most dominant program the world has ever known (despite no NC since disco).
Ohio State -Overbearing boss who couldn't beat an SEC team: toxic combination
UT - Thankfully, my three football seasons in Knoxville were the beginning of our streak.
Florida - They were obnoxious before Spurrier, insufferable since.
LSU - I've only neared one fight at a football game, and it was with an LSU fan in BDS.
aTm (honorable mention) - the three faggies kissing all over each other in Section GG upper deck the other week cemented my Texas coworkers assessment of them.
