They, Auburn, brought in "women of ill repute." Cyrus was caught up in it and they, literally, tried to leverage that visit and that weekend against him. Extortion, blackmail. I don't care what you call the whole thing. "We're going to let this out" was their line and it put CK in a bad position: just look at his parents and you'll understand.

Bama found out, let him know, and then CK let his parents know what was going on. Hence, the last minute "flip."

Now their line is "we were just telling him he'd take away from his brothers playing time."
