It was on UA's site for the basketball game report, at the very end. Just curious how it was figured or what it was.

Interesting. It's the first time I've seen this for Bama. Finally found an answer. This stat is how much of a contribution a player makes for a team. In its most simple form it seems that if player A enters the game with the score tied and leaves the game with his or her team down five, their plus/minus is minus five. Didn't know Bama was keeping this stat.
