Nicely done!

As for differences from this year to last, on Defense alone, despite losing Rashad (we could really use him this year), the Defense is actually better off for one reason... most of the personel know where they are suppose to be. Remember the first season, where the defensive signal caller was running around telling everyone what the play was? It got better last year, but it was still noticeable. Now were calling last second audibles, and with the exception of the younger players missing their assignments, the defense is in the right formation to start with. Huge!

It's taken a few games for Barron to really catch on, but based on his last game, you can see the light bulb is coming on—and staying on. He's missed a few assignments this year, but that's expected. Heck, even Rashad missed some as well.

Ro has really taken on the role of calling the sets. And, so far, has done a good job with the exception of one play versus VT.

Biggest point here? Even at this point in the year, with the youth and learning left to be done, we are still in better defensive shape today than we were a year ago today.
