🧑‍🤝‍🧑 / 🏡 What do you usually do when you wake up earlier than usual?

I do that from time to time. I usually will spend a little more time focusing on the tasks of the day, spending a bit more time focusing on spiritual things, doing a bit of reading. I'll go into work very early and have some time before the day washes over me. Even when I don't come in early, if I can spend that time initially getting my arms around the day and centering on getting into a good frame of mind, I'm more efficient.

RTR,

Tim

Feel like I should do that. Might get my work done a lot sooner than usual; but, I procrastinate.

I was looking for another thread. But, what the hell.

For the love of all that is holy I wish my neighbor would, for just once, be a little early or late leaving his house for work.

The guy is in his fifties and is in a mid-life crisis thing ... added glass packs to some two-door foreign hatchback I've not bothered to see what make or model. I just hear the damn thing.

Every morning. At 3:40.

Not 3:39. Not 3:41. He leaves every freakin' day at 3:40. And it pisses me off. :devilish:

I have a lot of trouble sleeping. I go to bed but if I am not asleep in thirty minutes, I get up. I am good for at least once or twice a week of being up all night. What do I do? Catch up on TV shows, read, work crossword puzzles or play spider solitaire on the computer. @TerryP, I was going to suggest what @rick4bama did. Never waste an opportunity to go to the rr.

I try to go back to sleep, but it usually doesn't work too well. Though sometimes I'll get back to sleep just in time for the alarm clock to go off...which is 4:00am.

But if it's on the weekend, I'll just roll over and keep trying to go back to sleep until I HAVE to get up (i.e., go to the bathroom).
