So Darth Foster was sent home from the combine for getting into an argument with a nurse???? Whats up with that??? anyone else have more info? Bad time to lose his cool for sure. Not a good look!

Foster had been waiting for an extended period for what the NFL calls his "pre-exam," when he grew increasingly impatient and began questioning a hospital worker.

The hospital worker did not take kindly to Foster's words, and eventually the two were face-to-face, in a heated exchange.

Other players were there at the time, and the NFL is questioning them to get a full account of events.

But one league source said the league has to review the procedures and create better communication so that players understand what is happening and why there are delays.


Sounds like he was just annoyed and let it get the best of him. How bout the balls on that nurse (or whatever he was)? Gotta give it to him for having the nuts to come face to face with a Sith Lord (though that would not have gone well for him had it become more than just an argument).

I've read reports saying both parties were antagonizing each other.

At the end of the day, they were both idiots and need to grow some thicker skin.

I hope that's true, cause only one of them was sent home. That too will make its rounds in NFL circles. The NFL is in the business of making their point the hard way. If Reuben comes off as not getting a fair deal, it becomes that much easier to move on.

I heard he was about to go into to take his drug test and didn't want to come back positive for weed....so he made a commotion and got kicked out. Now they can drat him based on his interview and clean tests at his proday......thoughts??

Could also be a case of the male nurse feeling intimidated by all the testosterone in the line, and maybe a little jelly of all these guys about to make exponentially more money than him for a sport, and any slightly agitated questioning would set him off.

Rueben is a fairly easy-going dude off the field with a big smile. He doesn't strike me as a guy that would just pop off like that.

Could be that he was holding his piss for the drug test and was impatient because of a full bladder.

Meh, I think a lot of this is team scouts creating negative buzz, wishfully hoping it causes him to fall to later picks.

Read today that one of the AL.com writers was critical of Reuben because he was "dictating" where he was explaining his side of the story.

Jeepers, when the NFL sent Reuben home they "dictated" plenty. Anyway, what part of the truth needs a home field advantage?

“If you’re looking for a good teammate to be on your team, Reuben’s going to be very, very good. If you’re looking for somebody to be a candy striper and be nice to everybody at the hospital, maybe not.”
