We've now lost both our offensive and defensive coordinators, as Andy Ludwig took the Kansas State job. They'll both stay on through the bowl game, but I don't really like the effect it could have on the team.

As I've looked at the coaching match-ups in this game and Andy is one that stuck out to me as a "jewel in the rough." Considering what he has dealt with on QB injuries, etc., and the adjustments he's made I'm quite impressed with the guy.

Funny thing is, a large percentage of Ute fans hated the guy. He got all the blame when we lost, and absolutely none of the credit when we won. He did have a tendency to run strange plays at strange times, and often left us scratching our heads. Overall though, he was a good coach and I think he will be missed.
