Right now my Amazon fire stick is optimizing it tell me 10 min. but it been like 20 min.

I had a Fire stick at one point. I flat hated it. Now I am mostly Roku, which I like, but I have one of the new Chromecast with Google TV and that thing is flat nice.

Last year during football season I figured out the Roku introduced about a 15 second delay. I now stream to my phone and cast it onto the screen. That shaved about 10 seconds of delay from the Roku. I was shocked at how much delay the Roku added. I have no experience with the fire stick or other streaming devices.

I don't trust Amazon not to introduce issues for things outside their little garden. For example, for the longest time the HBO app worked like crap and stuttered constantly on anything live but the same stuff streamed fine in the Amazon Channels. That was on purpose to push people to subscribe through Amazon.

I have 3 Roku TV that might all be watching the same thing sometimes. It all depends on what app and just randomness how far behind each is. My Chromecast does a lot better. I would try an Apple TV but the expense is ridiculous for a few seconds. Honestly, since Eli is often way behind the TV it works fine for me to try to sync them.
