It's as much of a subjective argument as LBU, RBU, et al. Georgia will claim their spot but in actuality Clemson has a better claim for inclusion. The younger generations will look at Nebraska and say "no way" but look at Florida and say "hell yeah." Then point them to CTO and his meeting with the SOS led Florida team and they'd think you were just making things up.

To me a Blue Blood tag is earned over many years not just a single time frame. Bama has been winning National Championships since the 1920's.

You have that one backwards. LSU took over the #1 spot in week five after their win against WVU (replaced OU.)
