He was ticked about something and my guess is that our guys aren't taking Arkansas State seriously and it is showing up at practice. Wondering what others think is in his craw??? Hope it isn't something that will impact the team in this or future games, but great coaches have a feel for a game by the way the players practice.

Oddly enough, it's Wednesday and there's been little or no talk about this week's game. Maybe we're all a little complacent with this opponent.

Texas too, for that matter. They lost to Texas like 24-13 last year in Austin. Plus they went to a bowl last year.

I’ve been saying since Sunday this will be a close game. Everyone wants to talk about LSU and Penn State, but we haven’t beat Ark St yet. This team is better than Tulane who had a shot at winning the game against us. If we don’t show up in this game, we can lose. There are no givens in college football.

And I thought I was the only one that will be nervous on Sat. I approach each game the same way. :wink:

After watching the press conference had I been a member of the media I think I would have slipped out a side door. I don't think even an oatmeal creme pie would have eased his mood.
