Angie Keilhauer sings: "You could go anywhere, but I'm begging you please, Kiyaunta, don't go to Alabama."

It's one thing to hope a recruit goes to your school.

It is a whole different ballgame when you want a recruit to go anywhere but a specific destination.

Such is the case with Kiyaunta Goodwin, the 6-foot-7, 370-pound 13-year-old who has gotten offers from Alabama, Georgia, LSU, Tennessee, Florida State and others.

One singer/songwriter took to the airwaves to plead with Goodwin not to go to Tuscaloosa.

Angie Keilhauer, who on "Ty, Kelly & Chuck Mornings" in Nashville sent a strong message to Goodwin.

Check it out:

"You talked to UGA, and you talked to Tennessee," Keilhauer sings, "you could go anywhere, but I'm begging you please, Kiyaunta, don't go to Alabama. Coach Saban don't really care about ya. That Crimson Tide is filled with Crimson Lies."

Some of you might recognize Keilhauer from her stint on NBC's "The Voice" in 2016 during the show's 10th season.
