One day afterNick Saban praised Alabama's entire group of quarterbacks, we decided to focus our camera on the group during the first of two Wednesday practices.
Yes, it's the Crimson Tide's first two-a-day of 2014 preseason camp. It will have one more (Friday) before Saturday's scrimmage at Bryant-Denny Stadium.
During the two-period viewing window, the quarterbacks worked almost exclusively with the wide receivers. The passes varied from deep sideline routes to quick outs within 10 yards of the goal line.
There wasn't much rhyme or reason to the order in which the quarterbacks threw outside of seniorBlake Sims always going first. Jacob Cokerwent anywhere from second to fourth during this set of drills.
Coker airmailed a few throws during this session, but the majority were on target. The same goes for the rest of the group.
The first real test comes Saturday.
