You're right. An excuse me goes a long way with me too. But whose to say that he didn't say Excuse me at least once somewhere in that altercation. The only ones that truly know that is him and her. Maybe someone close to them. Hell it could have been a situation where he said it and she didn't hear him. Who knows..... He was wrong no other way around it, but she wasn't completely innocent either.

I can agree with you on that last comment. To be honest, any time you go to a bar you put yourself in that situation whether you want to believe it or not. Not saying you should never go to a bar, but you never know what you'll run into with music, booze, and so many conflicting personalities.

Woman in De'Andre Johnson incident will not be charged, 'it's clear' the QB initiated contact, says State Attorney

The woman involved in the physical altercation with former Florida State quarterback De'Andre Johnson will not be charged for her role in the incident, the State Attorney's Office in Tallahassee, Florida, told the Tallahassee Democrat on Thursday.

State Attorney Willie Meggs told the paper that "it's clear from the investigation" into the June 24 incident at a Tallahassee bar that Johnson, 19, was first to initiate contact with the 21-year-old female FSU student as she attempted to approach the bar.

"A person's entitled to use self-defense if they're being battered by someone else, and she certainly was entitled to do what she did," Meggs said. "She didn't commit a crime is the reason she's not charged with a crime."
