It really seems like Vandy was close to the limit all year long in available players yet he kept trotting the team out there and giving it their best. Yeah I know he wasn't the answer there, or maybe anywhere, but you gotta respect someone knowing they are going to take a drubbing and still going at it anyway.

Beginning to think Michigan and Texas are from the same ilk. They have some PTB's that can't stop meddling regardless of who's the coach.

Losing Dodds didn't do Texas any favors. But his game slipped a bit while Brown was there.

Dodds in many ways was ahead of his time. Perhaps complacency got him.
