🏈 UT Chattanooga Game Time???

When do you expect the game time for UT Chattanooga to be announced, and what's your best guess as to what time the game will be?

I'm thinking about taking my family to the game, but because of scheduling constraints we'll only be able to make it if it's an afternoon game...

Thanks!

Probably will be the 11:21 game. There are only 6 games and FIU at UF is PPV. LSU at UM is tenatively set for CBS and you can take it to the bank. That leaves the other 3 SEC games, Ark at MSU, UGA at UK, and Vandy at ut, for ESPN, ESPN2, and ESPNU. Which leaves only UTC at Bama for the SEC TV Network game at 11:21.

That's my hope.

I know, a few hours doesn't matter in the grand scheme of things, but I'd rather get those guys rested Saturday night so they can hit the film room hard Sunday.

After all, Bama vs AU is Friday.

I hope its the EARLY game. We are taking the kids and rather have warm sunlight on us if its chilly.

And I hope it isnt one of the PPV jokes of a small opponent played at night. I hate those. Those are the games they need to have early. Like you said so the players can rest more.

That's impossible. We've already played our one allotted PPV game this year.

Thanks for you input, everybody. I just hope we find out pretty soon so I can know for sure whether or not to buy tickets. They're too expensive this year for me to take a calculated gamble...

Should be announced Sunday (8th). No reason for CBS to use a six day option. Doubt if they have any left anyway.

CBS 3:30 ET LSU at Ole Miss

ESPNU 7:00 ET Vanderbilt at Tennessee

ESPN or ESPN2 7:45 ET Kentucky at Georgia

Only one I missed was MSU at Arkansas. Didn't think about a split in the early game. I wonder if the network stations can pick either game they want.

The 11:21 time would work fine with our schedule, provided we spend the night somewhere in/near Tuscaloosa Friday night.

I've never done that before on gameday. Anybody have any recommendations?

Yikes, looks like I need to change my hotel res from Sat. night to Friday night.

I always stay in B'ham. I found my new favorite hotel for my family. We absolutely love the Residence Inn in Hoover. It's literally 45 mins. from Tuscaloosa and so easy to get to. It's brand new (just opened last season) and has suites or studios. We love more room than just a normal hotel room, so we get at least a 1 bedroom suite if not 2. Free breakfast as well. Small putting area for the kids and near the Galleria, Academy Sports, Dick's, etc.. if you want to shop.

Most of the Courtyards in the area are nice as well. I think there is a new Hilton Garden Inn in Bessemer as well, and I like the Garden Inns too.

Let me know if you have questions. I think the Tuscaloosa Courtyard was available but for $240 a room. I'm not willing to pay that for a tiny hotel room, but it may be worth it to you.

Thanks, BamaDelta. I'll definitely keep those in mind. Now, I've just got to find 3 semi-reasonably priced tickets... ;)
