The rumor (yes, they are what they are...) I read yesterday (not here) was that both Long and Bielema were a package deal for Michigan. Skip Bayless is pretty sure Lester is taking that job though.

Mike Riley to Nebraska. I hope I'm wrong about this hire, but it doesn't seem like a big one to me.

To be fair, one of the biggest considerations with Riley when Coach Moore contacted him were his kids.

Husker administration keeps hoping that the next Tom Osborne is out there just waiting to be hired.

I thought that the Bielema to Nebraska rumor was an agent's ploy. The last time Les was rumored to be going to Michigan he ended up with a raise, an extension and more $ for his assistants. I would be shocked if he went to Michigan now. It is not the 'destination job' that their fans think it is.
