"Bama is on another level from the rest of college football. There's no gameplan for beating them because they outclass everyone from a talent, depth, and coaching standpoint. All you can hope for is that they'll implode with a bunch of turnovers like they did against Ole Miss. Otherwise, forget it.

Clemson's a fantastic team. They also have roughly zero shot of beating Bama."

That smoke feels warm in my small intestine, but Clemson is more than capable of taking us out. Their D is legit and they have a very athletic QB behind, IMO, the best OL we've seen.

We win if Coker plays close to what he did vs Mich State. If he struggles, we will be in trouble.

I don't think Clemson is as tough as everyone talks them up to be. Sure, get up for one game, but let's see if they can get up for two high profile opponents, something they didn't have to do all season. Florida State, Notre Dame, and North Carolina were not the world beaters writers thought.

I think they pose a threat with Watson, as he is very very good. Their line hasn't seen anything like our boys. They haven't played as athletic of a defense or team like us. Watson will be trouble, but Gallman and their receivers worry me way less than any team we could have played. I think it'll be a 35-24 type game. I think they have a good team and surprised me by beating oklahoma, but Oklahoma did lose their quarterback and both running backs which was most of what they had anyways.

There were many, including me, who thought that Michigan had a very good offensive line.

What we are seeing is a freakishly good defensive line. Ashawn, Reed and Allen are all rare talents, and to have three talents at that level, plus many other role playing type talents who are quite good in their own right doesn't happen very often at all. The only unit that I can relate to this group is our OL in 2012 with Fluker, Warmack, Jones and company, and that unit did not have the depth that this DL group has. Clemson has a very good OL, no doubt, but I don't think they will be able to win at the line of scrimmage against our defensive front any more than LSU or Michigan State did.

If both teams play their best game, we win IMO.

Clumpson struggled against SC and Syracuse they have a very good team. But they have not been there. I do see Dabo crying after this game but they will not be tears of joy. This team will not be denied the Tigers are going down.

I have dealt with one UGA fan in particular who cheers on whomever Bama is playing. Even posting "Roll Vols" and "War Eagle". Until him I was cool with UGA. Since he has been posting I have rooted against UGA in every game (except Auburn where I rooted for the stadium to collapse). And I may like Kirby but I hope UGA never even sniffs an SEC East title again.

Agreed. Wholeheartedly.

I see many wishing Kirby luck at UGA. It seems they've dismissed the fact when another team does really well in the SEC it comes at the expense of other teams in the conference.

I appreciate what Kirby did at Bama. Come next Tuesday? He gets no support from me.

As i said in a previous thread, Kirby is dead to me after the NCG.
