Will Justin.tv or other channels have this game streaming live like they did last year? Can't go to the game and wanted to know if it will be available online for free?

It will be on ESPN3.com for free as long as your internet provider offers it. Normally you can find it on justin.tv as well.

ESPN3.com shows they will have it subject to blackout. Not sure how blackout works on the interweb thing.

ESPN3 shows blackout in our area as they want people to get the PPV I suppose.

I'll check on justintv tomorrow. Hopefully they'll have it up and going!!

This was my question also. im under the impression that it has been blackedout via all means throughout Alabama except for some businesses that have commercial access via PPV.

Thankfully....we won't have too many PPV games this year.
If someone finds an online option that's not blacked out in Alabama
please post link. No Sat. dish here. So it's either the internet or fight the crowd @ Bob B's Wings.

I ordered Gameplan today just to be sure I get the game. I'm in Arky so no worries about blackouts for me on this one. We couldn't find it on our PPV options so we just bit the bullet and ordered the package for the season. Had it a couple of years ago and it was pretty nice to have all the extra games.

Yes, I'm really hoping it will be avail. on justintv, channelsurfing or somewhere. I'm in Calif. (where ESPN3 is also blacking it out) and don't have PPV as an option. Was going to try "Hotspot Shield" to see if that might get me around the blackout. Any of you ever tried it or had success another way in dealing w/ a blackout?

(Longtime lurker, think this is my first post)
I would imagine hotspot shiels would work as I have a paid version of Hide My IP and just tried it...it now shows that I am NOT subject to the blackout (even though I am sitting my my house hooked straight into my Charter internet right here in Bama). Now I can patch it through to the TV. Gotta love technology! RTR
