Did they forget about the SEC East on the 1st Team? LOL Non East guys on the 1st team offense or Special Teams. Only 4 total on 1st team. I thought the East was supposed to be strong this year... Congrats to the Bama Boys!

And to who posted surprise at Hurts getting first team, I don't really see much competition. Kelly wasn't that good, and who else was there, Dobbs or Knight? Real down year for QB's in the conference. I agree, surprised they gave it to a freshman with those seniors out there, but he sure deserved it more.

That was my surprise. Seems unusual for a freshman, barring a Heisman season (Manziel). But hey, good for Jalen! Hopefully he dominates that position in the conference for a couple more years.

You not the only one that is thinking this!
Jeremy Pruitt, wife outraged by Ryan Anderson All-SEC snub

USATSI_9596585-650x342.jpg

Alabama had 11 players make this year’s All-SEC team, but the Pruitt household is upset that it wasn’t 12.

Casey Pruitt, wife of Crimson Tide defensive coordinator Jeremy Pruitt, tweeted her outragethat LB Ryan Anderson was not among the UA players to receive all-conference honors. Her tweet was retweeted by Jeremy, as shown in the screenshot below:

Anderson certainly had a resume worthy of consideration, with a team-leading 16.5 tackles for loss as well as 7.5 sacks, good for third best among Crimson Tide defenders.
