Five. A third. I guess it goes to show we were all outside while parents were watching TV.

Dallas and Dynasty next to each other doesn't happen often.

I watched 6 of them regularly (6, 8, 10, 11, 14, and 15). My parents watched 2, 3, 4, 7, 8, 9, 10, 12, 13, and 15).

Me and my sister usually watched Love Boat (and Fantasy Island) at our grandparents' house.

No Simon and Simon? The Dodge Power Wagon? The Camaro?

In 1984 I was just out of high school, in college. Other than the Superbowl, I probably didn't watch any of them in 1984. In HS and earlier, I I watched the Love Boat and Magnum, P.I. some in HS. I remember watching some of the A-Team when it first came out.

My typical college TV watching was two episodes of MASH re-runs after the news, followed by Letterman long enough to watch his Top Ten.

It would take a story to tell you my infatuation with Dallas, TX as a kid. I'll spare you that time. I did watch the intro to the show.

NOW, that brings a question.

IF I remember this correctly, couldn't we watch the NFL highlights on Monday nights that came on just before the 9:00 PM hour? I can remember watching those; can't place what time of the night. And it seems like I watched the highlights from Sunday and then the intro to Dallas.

With the date you have than 1. SB XVIII, 9. Hotel, 10. Fall Guy, 11. Air Wolf, 14. Webster, 15. Love Boat.
Yes, @terry we did because the wife loves the show, daughter she was 9 at the time loves to watch Webster. Me I was about to turn 29, and in a few days I would be getting my E.T.S. (End of The Service) paperwork from the Army, got them on 2-08-84. I will say I did watch the AMA awards show.

I was like 6 at that time, but A-Team was a must watch. Occasionally some Webster. Years later in HS, I spent a few weeks one summer living with my grandmother in B'ham to play in a summer league there... she didn't have cable, just the local channels. Late at night, Simon & Simon and Magnum PI both came on. I watched the hell out of Simon & Simon.
