Who's the next DB coach?

I hope CNS stole Kiffin's brother from Ole Sis last night.

I read on another that it wouldn't be a popular hire, so that made me think of UTK's old D-cord Janeck.

I wasn't aware of any issues. Vinnie's role and performance within the opportunities he received in the D and on STs earned him a spot on an NFL roster. Hard to be too mad. CnS was openly supportive of him going to UT and thanked him publicly.

Think Sal didn't care for Vinnie being exposed in the star or money position when he was a freshman. Then his getting hurt on STs didn't sit well either.

I think it had more to do with Saban's philosophy of having the best players on the field all the time, to include special teams.

Scuttle butt was that Sal didn't like Vinnie being on special teams and getting hurt, although Vinnie's injury was non-contact.
