Has this guy gotten so full of himself that he is making predictions for the 08 UA/AU game...at a sporting event that he has no part in? :roll: I honestly wouldn't be making early predictions with a new QB(with little playing time), new offense(which won't work for AU this season IMO), a new DC,and a new OC that has only been in one game so far for the Barn. Every Auburn fan I talk to says that all of these things will be instant success this season, which I doubt. They are pretty much trying to convert their old offensive strategy into something that's a complete 180 degress from their original tactics. In summation, IT WON'T WORK FOR 08 PEOPLE! Just thought I would let off a little steam from all the player issues on our team right now. Now if you'll excuse me, I am gonna down a shot of Southern Comfort at 6 in the morning and play Madden for a while...the best to start the day. (che)

There is absolutely no reasoning with most of these barners. Tubs certainly is full of something alright.
When we beat them they are going to come apart at the seams. It's going to be a lot of fun watching the scramble to produce excuse after excuse. I can't imagine what they'll come up with.
I've cruised around a couple boards and they are eat up with the superior complex. Their world revolves around the 6 wins. That's all they need for their world to have bright orange and blue rainbows and candy kisses. :roll:

Yea, if they had been destroyed last season I would see it as a morale booster. I just find it amusing how everyone says that CNS is supposedly cocky and a total jerk, yet Tubs can make comments like that and be a total saint. I just hope that he keeps saying it all spring and summer, cause this look right here> :shock: < will be on every Auburn fans face next season when we unload 6 years of frustration upon the "all mighty" Tigers. I will personally go to Auburn the day after the Iron Bowl and sing Yea Alabama at Toomers Corner when,not if, we win. ;flame *barner

Now if I can kinda defend Tubs here, they are at the b-ball game to receive the Iron Bowl trophy so for him to talk about Alabama would be expected. HOWEVER, you would think he would say that this is a stepping stone to another SEC champ run or NC run, but no, just like the fans, Tubs seems content to just beat Bama.

This may be true but it is still interesting that they can't talk about anything else. I live within 10 minutes of Aubrun and I would never refer to Bama as the Barns b**** no matter how many times they beat us; however, I will admit that Bama is 6-0 ther last 6 years.......I mean all I ever hear is 6....just standing in a store to pay for gas...because I have my Bama hat on. Come live in it and see if you would walk around saying "Bama is Aubruns b****"... I hear enough stupid comments from Aubrun fans.
