Sounds like to me TTU isn’t following it if they’re paying people double what others are paying.

I think the bigger question is that his statement makes it clear they are contacting players on rosters, not waiting for a portal decision. These kids are having a great game and then getting someone in their ear saying, "you're getting cheated playing like that for so little. How'd you like to make another hundred grand a year?"

Doing that in the middle of the season? Kill the program, I say.
