Smitty Hit was Targetting, direct contact to head or neck area, principal contact to head or neck area. Hit on Najee was a textbook helmet to helmet hit...no targetting on this. I admit Battle was definitely close but his head was near the chest and rose up. The other two were much more clear and remained uncalled. This penalty is so weird and I'm unable to make heads or tails of any of these reasons or calls.
