First of all congrats to the Alabama Women’s
Basketball team. Played a great game. It’s obvious that CKC reached her peak with this program years ago and the higher ups are satisfied with this. She is never going to be on the same level or even close to competing consistently with the likes of South Carolina. LSU, Texas, and now even Ole Miss. and Vandy. She will have 18-20 win seasons but never compete for any championships. Very talented players like Weathers, Timmons, Jones, and Collins deserved better than what they got from this coaching staff. If CKC put as much energy in, in game coaching as she does with the refs there would probably be better results. Ace Austin in a diamond in the rough. She can lead a team from the point. She just needs some players around her that can rebound and able to jump higher than 2
Inches off of the floor. I sure hope she has a solid commitment to Alabama because it would be no surprise to see her in the portal and playing somewhere else next year. With that all said thanks ladies for playing your hearts out for Alabama. RTR
