It's all good. I do wonder if Coach fought hard to keep Griffin?
Pringle ain't coming back. I don't know about Griffen... he left under different circumstances and supposedly regretted it. I haven't heard if Oats would be open to bringing him back or not, I'd assume it would depend on what happens with some other decisions first, but that's just my guess.

How can a player go into the portal without playing in a game? Cunningham was RS this year?
The same way a walk-on can enter the portal. There aren't any restrictions.

A player is on a team. That player no longer wants to be on that team. The player goes into the portal. It doesnāt matter if the player is a starter, backup, injured, redshirt, All-American, scholarship or walk on.
One of those situations where both sides should benefit. He has an opportunity to find a place where he can play more and it frees up a spot for Oats to work with on the roster retooling.

I would think Griffen would transfer to USF to play under Hogdson.

Sam Walter I could see him going to usf. Griffin maybe. Good way to see playing time.
