🏈 Tommy Tubberville got off too easy

I wish Tommy Tubberville was still at Auburn. He left Auburn WAAAY to early for me. He was one of our best allies.

He basically allowed Saban to take the state in recruiting and he couldn't hold a candle to Saban in coaching.

His snide remarks and the "fingers" in the air has not left my memory so easy. He was a snake oil salesman from the start. I believe he benefitted from other teams being in transition....... He also chewed up assistant coaches and spit them out. Often making the the scapegoat for team problems while he got off scott-free.

Even as he walked into the Stadium against Saban last year, he held up 7 fingers to indicate he would win the game! what a cocky SOB! One 36-0 beat down wasn't enough for me. I wish he had stayed around long enough to get all defeats he deserved so much from Bama.

And now that have his sorry butt on TV? Like we want to hear anything from him. Make yourself useful Tubby and go duck hunting!

Victory sounds like you have alot of built up anger for tubby. So handle it like any mature person would.

Rack up on the toilet paper and start rollin his trees, fork the yard..go nutz.

or

You could go extreme and carve 36-0 into his stomach while he is sleeping..but I think there are laws against harming people and stuff.

All in all you cant blame the guy for leaving, what coach wants to have a rivalry with the powerhouse for a football team that he knew alabama was turnin into.;)

My friend read my post and said "why are you worried about that clown. He proved his ignorance to the nation a few weeks ago when he said Arkansas would beat us by 3 touchdowns. Just because he wants us to lose doesn't mean it will happen. He's just jealous anyway".....thought that summed it up nicely :td:

To be fair, your friend got that one wrong. Tubs picked Bama over Arkansas and said it would be big.

He did say that Auburn would beat Arkansas by three touchdowns followed by the comment that "Arkansas couldn't stop a cold."

I was a little late getting to "The Morning Drive" this week. But, even though I caught the show I didn't hear Tubs back on this week.

Did anyone catch him on any of the state radio shows?
