Tommy Morrison

I know there's a few others on here that enjoy the ESPN 30 for 30 docs like me but I was wondering how those of you that have seen it, feel about the new Tommy Morrison documentary? I was pretty disappointed with the kind of revisionist history they did there.

I know he's dead and you don't want to speak ill of the dead but it was a little much. I mean, they went with the concept that Morrison didn't find out that he had HIV until the mid 90's (which was always his public claim) despite the fact that ESPN itself had done an interview with him in the 90s where he was literally bragging about knowing he had HIV in 1989 and how many women he had sex with despite that during that time.

They never even mentioned it, even though its come up in court filings in recent years, and just ignored it. That's pretty shotty especially for a series like this which I think has been extremely good. I don't think they painted a negative enough light on his widow either, personally. She was the main one bringing that "HIV isn't real" crap into his head that led to his death.
