Yep, Gruden would bring back the intensity and the motivation to bring back Raider football...last 10 years have been the tough...I did not like the Dennis Allen hire, I especially do not like Greg Knapp and the way he is running the offense and switching from a power run scheme to a zone blocking scheme....now our offense, which lead us mostly last year due to our defense, is combined with our atrocious defense
