Yeah except since he was let go from the Bronos hes been relegated to second and third string with every team he has been with. He didnt make the Patriots team at all because of how terrible he was in camp and during the pre-season. He keeps getting chances because he sells jerseys and tickets. Nothing more.

Well, it is a business and if a guy can make business better, he's usually the one that gets the job. Safe to say he's a good businessman then?

And there's a ton of folks that talk about how bad of a NFL QB he is. Is he really that bad? He did win a playoff game. Name me a Bama QB that won a NFL game the past 20+ years. Or the last Bama player to win a playoff game. Tebow probably wasn't even born when that happened. He's as good as many of the 2nd stringers out there, probably better than some....

how about Xavier Dickson, or Dont'a Hightower, or Kevin Norwood?

all 3 of those guys are on teams that won a playoff game, seeing as how the teams they play for went to the super bowl last season.

Okay, hes a great businessman. I could have swore we were talking about football here, being a QB more importantly. And that he sucks. He was exception in college and managed to pull out some wins directly from his ass early in his NFL career but when NFL teams figured him out he got destroyed (Tebow sympathizers point out to him skull f*cking Pittsburgh in the playoffs at the end and the 3 or 4 games he pulled out of his ass but refuse to acknowledge every single team that he faced for a second time that year destroyed him on the second go around. I mean Tebow going 3-15 with 3 turnovers destroyed...

As far as all the gay talk goes, just stop. I couldnt care less if he was gay and that has even less to do with how good of a QB he is as his religion does.

Dont know how I missed this... you really should have stopped at last Bama QB to win a Playoff game... There's been about a dozen (probably more) to win Playoff games since that Tebow game... Not to mention guys like Dont'a Hightower and James Carpenter and who have won Super bowls in the just the last two years.

Tebow was brought in to run Kelly's 2 point conversion offense. With the pat being moved back I believe Kelly to be ahead of the curve when it comes to what to do after a touchdown. A longer pat will change the NFL. Before long there'll be calls for a 60 yard 3 point pat. Or some other gimmick to keep games closer, longer.

The guy is what 8-6 as a starter? Thrown for 2,400 yds, run for 990. 17 TDs to 9 INTs. Rushed for another 12 TDs Those numbers are basically from his 1st 2 seasons as he really didn't play much year 3. Had at least 2 300 yard passing games and at least 1 100 yard rushing game. But y'all know those numbers. I think these stats are decent for a 2nd stringer. Possibly better than some 2nd stringers.

I don't recall him running his mouth much since entering the league. He answers the questions he's asked. I doubt he requests all the cameras and publicity but I'm not close to that situation.

The reason I don't like him is because he beat us and he won so much in college. Same with a few other players over the past 25+ years of my being old enough to watch and care about the team. But I really have no other reason not to like him. And once we kicked his ass in that 2009 SEC game I really didn't dislike him quite as much because he no longer had one up on us. I wonder if other fans from UA and other teams across the land dislike him for similar reasons or because he's a reported nice guy. Who knows.

Gay or not? Who knows. personally I don't want to find out and don't care.

If Alabama calls you up to be AD you going to turn that down even though the rest of us question your credentials? I love Trent Richardson, but in your opinion what's the difference between the two? You feel Trent deserves a roster spot? Tebow has the size and ability. We all have to adjust to new challenges. All I can say is that Tebow has proven to be at the top .5% of athletes, making it to the NFL and even further playing and winning a game as a quarterback.
