💬 Tim is a good reference for hiking. Do you guys have outdoor activities like he does? BamaBWW is the same. I'm...well...

My least favorite beer
That's why they make beers for almost every palate. I'm not a sour or Belgian guy - they taste like someone's already drank them - and I drink Coors and Ultra to rehydrate. I don't mind lagers, kolsches and pilsners in general, and I'm not a fruity IPA guy, prefer a crisp hops in line with a Sweetwater (not 420, IPA) Good People, Terrapin Hopsecutioner, Dogfish Head 60/90 Minute and Creature Comforts Tropicalia. This time of year, Sierra Nevada has a Celebration Ale that uses fresh hops that I always enjoy.

Other than that, just give me a Shiner.

We can drink shiners anytime. Yeah everyone has a different palate, IPAs taste like week old flower water smells to me but apparently lots of folks like em. I'm an amber, porter, stout fan when it's cool weather and it varies when it's hot. Only ipa I've ever had that i truly liked was from airline brewery, in Maine I think. Everything they brewed was good. I drink locals everywhere but south Alabama and that's because there's nothing local. Every store in clarke, wilcox, and Dallas county only has a few ipa and the commercial brands so I'll drink Miller lite there because it tastes better than their water.

Fairhope Brewing has some nice offerings, including a nice amber. Common Bond out of Montgomery is also good.

I don't care for the fairhope amber, at least not in the can, never tried it on site. Oyster city isn't good either imo.i think I've tried common bond but it's not memorable if I did. I like some out of good people and back 40.
I'm okay with Oyster City's Apalach IPA, particularly on draft at their place. We have friends who have a place on Alligator Point and we'll usually get over there while staying with them. He likes the Hooter Brown, but you need a DD if you drink many of those.

I like the Fairhope causeway and 51, enjoy dropping by the brewery but I usually drink that when we eat at Sunset Pointe in Fairhope.
