Somebody help me out here--this isn't a staff position that I'm familiar with.

Across the board, there is no set definition of Director of Player Personnel. You find that position in the NFL as well as college.

Mostly, it involves scouting and recruiting.

Tim, most notably, handles the organization of our summer camps, the coaching clinics, and activities around those areas. The biggest job, in my opinion, is handling the oversight of our on-campus recruiting events/activities.
