🌎 Tickle Me Pink Just got back from the ER!

It started with pain in my lower stomach area. It moved to even lower my mind starter wondering about the area it was in. Well it was even close to what I thought it was. I was told it was my back and all those L-1 were not right. Anyway, I was giving pain meds in the ER and got some going to the Drug Store. By the way, it doesn't open until 9 am Monday morning.

I guess the hospital pharmacy was closed. I still have to ask, there isn't one open on Sunday's? No 24 hour pharmacies, I guess? That S.U.C.K.S.

What are people supposed to do in an emergency? I don't know, say a person breaks the Insulin bottle by accident?

This hospital is a county one too. Yes, I could have them go to Walmart; I don't use the pharmacy. Now here is the thing about the one I do use. It's a county pharmacy. Here another thing about it, it shares the building with a gun shop. Now here I'm only using this place when I'm only using the medication till it's gone. All the others come from the VA.

WELL that confuses me a little. It doesn't take much. When it comes to these medical issues we all deal with they don't make any of it easy. I have no clue what it is like to deal with the VA. Pharmacies, I know too much about. It doesn't seem like a good combination.

Uh. Everyone?

I spent quite a bit of time last week setting up mail order for meds so I wouldn't have to go 1/2 mile to CVS. Time, and a little money. But more time. Medicare entered the chat. (At least I'll know the system when it's 'my time.')

I imagine if two people got together and started comparing VA and Medicare war stories we wouldn't have a winner in the end.
