Ohio State better hope their match up is with LSU. The Tigers and Virginia Tech are the only opponents in that top six that the Buckeyes could actually compete with.
Oklahoma, Georgia, and USC would follow up on last year's Florida domination if they were matched up against tOSU.
I honestly believe if Glenn Dorsey is not back to form by the bowl game, even a team like Hawaii would match up perfectly (offensive-wise) against the Tigers and put 40 or 50 points on LSU's defense.
Sad thing is, neither tOSU or LSU are the two best teams in the country. Usually the BCS gets it right with at least one of the participants for the NCG. That may not even be the case this time.
This system and the politics behind is totally disgusting. I just wish the college fan base, who opposes the current system, would have enough gumption, unity, and conviction to refuse to go to bowl games or watch them until a "real" playoff elimination system is put in place. Every other college football division supports such a playoff system and defies the reasoning and excuses that the BCS money mongrels and college presidents/ADs keep giving for not putting a p.o. system in place.
