I think I could do that. I've seen it before in street food carts. I had to look up the name; forgot. It's basically Khachapuri (bread/crust.) @Bamabww I'd put a little sugar in this.

That's basically a variation of a biscuit recipe.

I friend of mine, John, had a Domino's inside the loop in Memphis in the mid to late 80's. His food cost on a pepperoni pie was less than a dime.
