Let me go on record here about USC.

I believe they'll be one of the most improved teams in the nation this fall: maybe the most improved.

I also believe they'll be one of the most over rated teams in the nation.

I can 100% go with both. It is hard not to get better from a team that went 4-8 with wins over 3 teams that had losing records (5-7, 4-8, 1-11) and one that went 7-6. I expect them to be at minimum in the Top 25 to start the season and will rocket up if they can win the first 3-4.
