It makes sense in this light: scientist experimenting with some unique things.

What doesn't make sense? Low mobility tells me it's not a healthy cell. Why propagate something that isn't healthy in the first place?

One thing I appreciated. I read the original post, started this thread, then stepped into the rabbit hole and scrolled through some of the responses. I'm not the only one asking, "uh, what?!"




 
I'm thankful that my mom taught English related courses. It's not often I see a word I don't understand. I may not recognize one; figuring out what it means is a different ball for wax.

I've seen this word and knew what it meant. BUT. This may only be the second time in my life. (I'm guessing it was in one of those vocabulary workbooks I had to fill out weekly.)
