I work in Metro Atlanta and shockingly enough not with many Auburn fans/ grads. Mostly UGA, Tenn, and Florida. Well I bet one of my fellow co-workers that is also a Bama fan that the resident Auburn grad would be at my office door before 9am. I lost, he waited until 10:30.

Here he comes complaining about the refs in the first half saying they cheated. His main reason was because they didnt challenge the pass on the sideline. What? He also said Auburn should have had 21 in the first half. WHAT?

They are special.

I checked my Facebook page after the first qtr with Bama up 21-0 and saw no posts from any of the Aubies I know. My cousins and a few other friends. Nothing. End of the game. War *#@*# and all kinds of other stuff about Bama. So I blocked them on FB. LOL!

They are special arent they. Much like the ones that chased me down on the highway in Florida while driving my family to Disney World in 2005 so they could hold fingers up for their FOUR in a row. Honking their horn, cutting cars off and nearly side swiping me so they could get side by side to hold up four. Oh so very special.

I hate that I have to go to grandmas for Christmas in B'ham now. My cousins are going to be unbearable. And I never said a word the last two years about Alabama, 2 in a row or the championship.

We all know AU fans like that - just ignore them and let them enjoy their moment for now. I've got a feeling it's all going to be taken away before too long.

i didn't make any phone calls during the entire game, but after auburn scored in the 3rd quarter my phone started ringing off the hook..

damn at the shirts....they are all wearing post game shirts with different sayings....one was quite funny. it said "process this" with the score underneath. i did wear my bama shirt to work today.....gotta have thick skin and a sense of humor.

I make it easy on myself. With the exception of a couple of cousins, I don't talk to Auburn fans on a regular basis. Not that I go out of my way to not be friends with AU fans, I just don't know any that would call to ridicule me. My neighbor is an AU fan, but he's not the type to mouth off to me either.

They have 24 seniors, $cam will be in the NFL, Nick Fairley will be in the NFL, Gus Malzahn will probably get a job somewhere else and a letter coming from the NCAA.

Auburn better get all their trash talking out this year.

Yeah so they lose all those people. And we beat them on the Plains. I'm tired of the "owning of BDS". Ughhhhh!!!!

Well I mean, technically they can't say that they 'own' BDS, we beat them in 08' AT BDS, and we've only been playing real football since 07' (shula + probational years really shouldn't count). And you can't throw that around when we've beat them at their own stadium last year.

Well there is also the fact they(Aubs) count games played in Tuscaloosa that werent even at BDS, they were played on the Quad or on old Denny Field.

Auburn is 5-1 in BDS, not 7-1 (I dont count the 1895/1901 games as part of that discussion) CBS had the stat pre-game about Auburn being 6-1 at BDS. Research people, research. 7-1 in Tuscaloosa, yes, not at BDS.

Still Bama leads the series 40-34-1.

Also my wife asked what was the longest streak Bama had on Auburn. I told her 9 and I'm pretty sure people in the 70's didnt walk around holding up 9 fingers and making annoying t-shirts.

:rofl: Yeah, they cant really count too good, apparently. Their one "national championship" in "57" was tainted then.,and so far,they havent won this one yet,last time i checked. It only gets harder from here. And they try to claim that BD is their "home away from home". What a crock. don't get me wrong, auburn won those games fair n square, its just that mike shula had to work with basically nothing, and mike shula wasn't even a good coach.
