šŸ§‘ā€šŸ³ There’s a dude in Rockwall, who has been serving burgers in his front yard since the 60s due to a weird loophole in Rockwall County zoning laws

Winchester Road; Memphis, TN. The late 80's ...

A guy had a place that was nothing. Nothing. No concrete, just gravel. No chair, no tables. Nothing. Cars parked while people were eating? Yes. In the grass. 11-2...and he always had a line.

He had a building that was smaller than the aluminum sheds you see at Lowes. Maybe 8X8 and I'm being generous. Flattop, fryer, and a fridge. That's all he had. All he served? Hamburgers. But good lord a mighty, here I am 30+ years later still thinking about how good they were.

I wondered if I could find the name of the place; or an image. I found this thread on FB. If you click, you'll see Annabelle's in Hickory Ridge Mall.

That place was cool as hell. It was a supper stop quite often. I'm not kidding when saying the dude on the left corner of the bar could be me. I sat there all the time. That's my frame.
