🏈 The top 5 love-hate chants in college football, include three from the SEC, says NCAA.com

You know those cheers or chants you love in your favorite team's stadium?

If so, then you probably also can't stand some of those chants belted out by your rivals.

Now take those and compile a list of the top 5 Love-Hate Chants in college football.

That's what NCAA.com did in its High Five segment.

Here are the results:

No. 5 We are Penn State - Penn State

No. 4 Calling of the Hogs - Arkansas

No. 3 Rammer Jammer Yellow Hammer - Alabama.

Per the report:

"The title alone puts this game-day chant in the running. Alabama's Rammer Jammer Yellow Hammer hits foes and fans over the head in more ways than one."

No. 2 Boomer Sooner - Oklahoma

No. 1 Rocky Top - Tennessee

Per the report:

"Attend a game in Neyland Stadium, and it'll be like attending a three-hour concert consisting of one song on repeat. If you're wearing orange and white, you'll be in heaven. If not, this song will break you down."

The Penn State ones are pretty powerful. Not overdone (yet). When they were battling Michigan in triple OT a few weeks ago, the chants gave me goosebumps. That's one great crowd. The fans are in it regardless of the score or who PSU is playing.

Rocky Top .. Death. Just, ew.

Rammer Jammer will be so sweet on Saturday. So so so sweet.

I thought to myself before reading the list "Rocky Top is #1 on my hate list." The worst part is when the fans sing along, and how it sound like 100,000 fans balls have yet to drop with their "Wooooo."

I know everyone hates Rocky Top, and yeah, its bad and it's made worse by the fact that they play it non-stop. These days, it's reserved for every first down and every stop on defense instead of TD's and FG's, but still... they find ways to play it. If they only played it a couple times a game it wouldn't be near as annoying... By far, to me, the most annoying is Hotty Toddy. Just horrid, on many levels.
